How and if i can go live with my Swiss boyfriend without being married. We want to take our relation further and be able to spend more time together so we decided i move to switzerland to be with him. We both agree that we want to live together for at least a year before deciding on taking another step like getting married.

Then there is the residence permit that allows a person to stay and live here. You have two options that would allow you to come here for a longer term than as a tourist. Fiancee visa. This means you're actively planning a wedding and want to get married in Switzerland.

Concubine permit. Yes, that's what it's called. Not all cantons offer it. Basically your boyfriend agrees to be financially responsible for you for 5 years.
