I happened to mention that I had the winter blahs, and was feeling pretty low. Was it just the weather or was it something more? Neither of us could really put a finger on what was troubling us. In that moment of conversation, I had an idea, which was actually inspired by a reader who had mentioned she was going to share the Triple Mantra with a friend after I had written a post about it.
